If you are looking for a holistic training program to develop your personal and leadership skills, "keys of change" training will be a perfect fit for you, especially for those who are active in the field of youth training and those who work with groups as trainers, educators or facilitator.This training will be organised by Egyesek Youth Association and co-financed by Erasmus+ in Holloko, Hungary.
About Egyesek
Egyesek youth Association is a NGO based in Budapest, Hungary. It is a community of active youth and young professionals.It organises many volunteer activities and training courses to help young people achieve a better professional and personal life. For 15 years, Egyesek has been designing and delivering training courses in the field of European youth work based on a very unique approach. They work in strong cooperation with local schools and youth centers in order to reach and involve more young people to their programs. Also, they are part of Synergy Group, Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organisations (Alliance) and Coordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service (CCIVS) networks.
About Holloko
Holloko is a village located in Nógrád county, approximately 91 kilometers from Budapest the capital of Hungary. Its name means "Raven-stone" in Hungarian. It is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. there are many sights you can visit in Holloko such as Village Museum, Post Museum, Craft Printing Museum, Basket Shop, Paloc PlayHouse and Borpatika.
About the Training
This project " keys of change " is designed as a comprehensive unit, where there are 3 training courses and the coaching process are interconnected. The first training already took place in November 2021. the next training will be next march 2022 and the third training will be next September 2022. The second training will be based on personal development. It is there to support realising how much our beliefs, concepts about the world, people, etc. are running in an automatic, unconscious manner and how to use this awareness into creating a successful mindset and behaviours. In this training you will know many things such as:
- Tools for facilitation, coaching and training.
- Basic Neuro- Linguistic programming methods and tools.
- Reading group mapping and group needs.
- Creating atmosphere for optimal learning.
- Impactful use of non- verbal communication.
- Advanced group dynamics.
- Embodied coaching and group coaching.
Finance
- Travel expenses will be covered if you are a resident in one of the following countries ( Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Poland, Slovenia, Serbia, North- Macedonia, Latvia and the united Kingdom) up to the following limits
Hungary - 20 euro
Czech Republic, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia - 180 euro
France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, UK - 275 euro
- Food and accommodation are fully covered by Erasmus+ for above countries.
- Accommodation and training course will be take place in creative Space training center, which is a 3 level stone building with 4-5-6 bedrooms.
- shower and toilet en suite will be provided.
- You can also find the training room, dining area, common social areas in the building, and a big garden around Creative Space is in Hollókő.
- Participation fee will be 50 euro for successful candidates.
- You can apply if you are not a resident in one of the countries mentioned before, but Participation fee will be 500 euro and it will cover your accommodation, food and access to materials also, you have to cover your own travel.
Attention: In case you officially reside in another Erasmus+ eligible country contact Egyesek so they can support you in getting a funded spot.
Eligibility
- You are over 18 years old.
- You are able to communicate in English ( Intermediate level )
- Have led youth programs before(training courses, workshops or learning activities)
- have a portfolio of youth programs they led.
- You will facilitate activities within 6 months after the training course.
Timeline
Day 1: 2nd March 2022
Day 9: 10th March 2022
Day of departure: 11th March 2022
Exact dates are flexible as of now and will be announced later on.
Selection Process
The first training course already took place in November 2021, and participants of that training course will take part in the second training, as well.
Priority will be given to those who commit to the 2 training courses and the parallel coaching process, as we believe that maximum learning impact will come from attending the whole learning cycle.
