Excellent opportunity to attend two fully funded international training courses in Slovakia and Austria for people who are interested in working with young people to help them develop their competence and create a personal path towards implementation of competence and Achieving the goal to become an agent of change in your local community. this international project organised by Edu Era organisation and Funded by Erasmus+ programme of European union.
About the Project
The project aims to create a 2.0 youth worker/educator equipped with multiple tools to develop competencies and create a personal path towards competence implementation and goal accomplishment to become a change agent in the own local community focusing on youth leadership and leadership empowerment.
The selected participants will get a chance to participate in 2 fully-funded training courses to build:
1- training for trainers on youth empowerment with graphic facilitation and harvesting tools
2- implementation of local trainings, workshops and webinars on youth empowerment
3- training for coaches on youth empowerment with graphic coaching tools
4- implementation of local coaching of the action plans created by local participants
Furthermore, they will receive ongoing support from the national partner organisations in piloting and prototyping activities locally, access to an international peer group, and a certificate upon successful completion of all required tasks.
What the Project offer?
- Participation in two fully-funded international training courses:
first for trainers on youth empowerment with graphic facilitation and harvesting tools
from March 12th to March 21st in Kysak, Slovakia
second for coaches on youth empowerment with graphic coaching tools from May
30th to June 7th in Strengberg, Austria
- A learning and participation agreement, and ongoing support by the national partner organisations in your learning development
- Access to an international peer group
- Access to internal bibliography
- Upon successful completion of all required tasks: a certificate
Eligibility
- You are over 18 years old.
- You are active and experienced in working with young people (e.g. youth worker, teacher, trainer, coach, mentor, facilitator, counsellor, youth leader, community worker, therapist).
- Have an interest and enthusiasm for the purpose and theme of the project.
- Have a good command of English language.
- You are a resident in one of the following countries ( Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, North Macedonia, Portugal and Turkey)
- Available from March 2022 to June 2022.
Finance and Benefits
- All costs of your travel are covered from Erasmus+ up to following total amounts
Hungary, Austria and Czech Republic = 180 euro
Croatia, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, North Macedonia, Turkey = 275 euro
Portugal = 530 euro
- All costs for food, accommodation, local transport and course materials are covered.
- A symbolic solidarity fee is kindly asked from each participant to participate in the project and should range between 25-100 euro.
- The project does not cover any insurance coverage of any forms that including anything related to Covid-19, travel, health and liability insurance.
Timeline
Deadline: You should fill in the Application form before 1st March, 2022
Results: You will be notified about your selection by 4th of the March 2022
First activity: The first activity for selected Participants is the international course in Slovakia from 12th to 21st of the March 2022.
