Open call for 40 participants to attend the international Training Course "PRO Facilitators" for 10 days in Bansko, Bulgaria. This training is organised by the Association WalkTogether and funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme.
About the training course
WalkTogether Association invites youth workers who are eligible for the Erasmus+ program and have a keen interest in enhancing their facilitation skills to attend the Erasmus International Training Course for Facilitators for 10 days in Bansko, Bulgaria.
It is an engaging and immersive program crafted for a diverse group of 40 international participants aspiring to enhance their skills, knowledge, and attitudes crucial for effective facilitation in an interconnected world. Through interactive learning experiences, guided discussions, and practical activities, participants will delve into fostering collaboration, understanding diverse perspectives, and personal development. This facilitator training aims to equip participants with a comprehensive set of skills, knowledge, and attitudes, enhancing their abilities and contributing to the creation of inclusive, collaborative, and culturally sensitive learning environments.
Project learning outcome

Eligibility | Participant's profile
The target group is the individuals who are actively engaged in youth work, which involves working with young people in various capacities to support their personal, social, and educational development.
The target participants may include youth workers employed by youth organisations, NGOs, community centres, schools, and other relevant institutions.
All applicants must be:
- A resident in one of the following countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, North Macedonia, Turkey, Liechtenstein).
- Aged over 18 years old, there is no upper age limit to apply
- Have a Sufficient knowledge of English language
- Interested in the field of youth work and has the desire to enhance their professional skills, broaden their horizons, and exchange experiences with peers from different countries.
- Cross-Cultural Competence: Gain knowledge and understanding of diverse cultural perspectives to create inclusive facilitation environments.
Financial condition and Benefits
- There is no participation fee for attending the training
- All the participants will be accommodated in apartments (3-4 people) at Hotel Royal Bansko in Bansko, Bulgaria.
- Food will be served in the hotel's restaurant - 3 meals per day, which will be according to the dietary restrictions for each participant.
- Participants will also have at their disposal a swimming pool, sauna, table tennis an outdoor space and fitness
- Travel expenses from your home country to project venue will be reimbursed after participation in the project according to the distance between your travelling place to the volunteering venue as follows:
- for travel distance between 100 and 499 km: 180 EUR / person, +30 EUR extra for Green travel.
- for travel distance between 500 and 1999 km: 275 EUR / person, +45 EUR extra for Green travel.
- for travel distance between 2000 and 2999 km: 360 EUR / person, +50 EUR extra for Green travel.

- IMPORTANT: keep all your travel documents! Online boarding passes and tickets for reimbursements. No documents = No reimbursement!
- IMPORTANT: If you decide to travel by CAR, it is eligible only if you are a minimum of 2 people per car. The cost is not calculated per person, but per car based on the real cost - gasoline receipts, Vinette tax, Bridge Tax, etc.
