Erasmus+ Training Course "Method Yourself" in El Escorial, Spain (Fully Funded)

About the training

Participants will acquire knowledge and develop skills related to non-formal methodologies. Initially, the organisers will distinguish between formal, non-formal, and informal methods, highlighting the potential applications and the benefits of integrating elements from all three. Subsequently, participants will delve into various methods, including team-building exercises, energisers, debriefings, debate techniques, educational techniques, gamification, and other elements that can enhance non-formal sessions or activities. The organisers aim to provide a clear understanding of each method, its uses, suitable situations and contexts, potential risks, execution, and leadership. Most of the time will be dedicated to practical application, exploring specific examples. By the end of the project, participants will create a portfolio containing numerous examples of different session types. Additionally, there will be opportunities for networking, sharing best practices, intercultural activities, and exploring the local area through potential visits, such as to a monastery, hiking, or a party day.
