About Global Centre for Climate Mobility

The Global Centre for Climate Mobility is a unique partnership enabled by UN Member States and supported by relevant agencies of the UN system, the World Bank, and respective regional intergovernmental organisations to address climate-forced migration and displacement.

About Climate Pavilion Youth Programme

The Climate Mobility Pavilion (CMP), hosted by the Global Centre for Climate Mobility (GCCM), is a dedicated space within the Blue Zone at COP29 in Baku. Where, global leaders, policymakers, experts, and impacted communities will convene to discuss the evidence, policies, and actions required to facilitate positive adaptation pathways for those at the forefront of the climate crisis. The CMP's program will focus on promoting partnerships and engagements that prioritise people-centered climate action and support community transitions in the face of climate change.

From November 11 to 22, the CMP will host a 10-day program of events and panels, gathering leaders, experts, and key stakeholders to showcase new knowledge, policy practices, and innovative solutions for addressing and leveraging climate mobility. Each day, the CMP will offer up to six time slots for thematic events and panels, including receptions, film screenings, and other activities. These events will also provide opportunities to explore the topic of climate mobility through art, music, and culture. Interested in organising an event at the CMP? Please complete the Expression of Interest form.
