SINERGIA |Erasmus+ Training Course in Spain (Fully Funded)

About the project

Synergy is a professional training course in the Sierra de Guadarrama aimed at further developing the network of individuals, organisations, and communities that collaborate with MOE, while also promoting the methodology of experiential learning in nature. This training course was designed to build connections, facilitate shared spaces, and establish future collaborations that we will implement in our work. A key focus is on promoting youth participation, but the organisers are equally committed to addressing other social issues like well-being and mental health, leadership, and inclusion.

Throughout the process, Participants will experiment with various non-formal education techniques framed within an experiential, nature-based learning approach that encourages collaborative learning. The ultimate goal is to strengthen our group’s collective intelligence, showcasing how this impact can be applied in our own social communities.

The program take place in natural outdoor spaces, offering endless opportunities for reflection and learning. Participants engage with these environments, learn from them, and aim to share their benefits, fostering admiration, respect, and protection.
