About host organisation

Együttható Egyesület, is dedicated to revolutionizing youth and social work through non- formal learning and innovative community services. Its projects often incorporate creative approaches, such as art, theatre and poster making to help participants express themselves and grow. The stuff are dedicated to fostering inclusivity and encouraging active citizenship through both local and international collaborations. Through our various programs, we aim to bridge gaps between different social groups and create lasting positive change.


About the Project

The "Ecobrush Art" project, organized by the Együttható Association through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC), focuses on eco-art, teamwork, and personal growth. This 16-day project invites people aged 18 to 30, no matter their background or art experience, to join a creative journey.

Participants will create eco-friendly art using sustainable materials and learn how to use social media to promote environmental awareness. Participants will visit some places like Normafa park, Szententre, Veresghyaz where we’ll take part in outdoor activities, create art, and share eco-friendly messages. The goal is to inspire creativity, teamwork, and care for the environment.


Eligibility | Who can apply?

- This project is available for young people aged between 18-30 and coming from a European country with visa-free to Hungary. 

Open to individuals from diverse backgrounds; no specific art or environmental experience is required.

Participants should have an interest in creativity, environmental awareness, and teamwork. 

Candidates should be adaptable, willing to engage with new ideas, and eager to participate in both cultural and community-building activities.

A dedication to learning about and promoting eco-friendly practices, as well as contributing to a positive group dynamic, is encouraged.


Expenses and Benefits

- There is no registration or participation fee to join the project.

- Each volunteer will receive 80 € Approx. 32.935 ft as pocket money and 30,41 € Approx. 12.065 ft as food allowance for 16 days.

- All other expenses, such as house rental, gas, electricity, water, internet, appliances, activity-related costs, and Budapest transportation tickets, will be covered by the hosting organisation. 

The real cost of travel will be reimbursed with a maximum of the amount that is shown in the European Distance Calculator from your living place to Budapest, Hungary.

Your main health coverage will be your national insurance, and you have to obtain a free European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for healthcare benefits in the Netherlands. Apply for the card at least one month before you arrive in the Netherlands. The ESC program provides supplementary insurance to complement your national coverage.

you’re entitled to receive a YouthPass certificate after the project where you can self-assess your own learning.

Arrival day: 17th of November 2024

Start of the Program: 18th of November 2024

End of the Program: 1st of December 2024

Departure day: 2nd of December 2024
