About the Volunteering

Discover new experiences while expanding your horizons and enhancing your skills. Become an ESC volunteer with ISCA and dive into international projects and events aimed at promoting physical activity. Plus, you'll join a friendly, tight-knit community that embodies the spirit of ISCA!

As a project management volunteer, you'll support the coordination of externally funded projects alongside our project management team, member organisations, and various partners. You'll be involved in initiatives tackling global challenges such as health and exercise, physical activity in education, sports for marginalized groups, urban sports facilities, refugee inclusion through sport, youth training, and active aging. Check out recent ISCA projects and initiatives to see the positive changes you could help make.

As a communications volunteer, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to create and share engaging content across different platforms. Your responsibilities will include supporting our social media channels, assisting in managing websites for ISCA and related projects, and promoting major events like the MOVE Congress. As the National Coordinating Body for the European Week of Sport in Denmark, held annually in September/October, ISCA offers you the chance to participate in the #BeActive Campaign during this period. You’ll also have opportunities to take on additional tasks and projects based on your skills and interests, making it a great fit if you're passionate about communications and eager to promote physical activity.

As a membership and fundraising volunteer, you’ll be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team. Your role will involve building relationships with potential members and supporting our fundraising initiatives. You’ll engage in research, assist with early-stage project development, and contribute your ideas to partners.
