AI-Driven Leadership Skills for Young Professionals | Training course in Izmir, Türkiye (Fully Funded)

An open call for 60 youth workers, youth activists, and trainers from Erasmus+ Youth programme countries and the partner countries neighbouring the EU to join Training Course on "AI-Driven Leadership Skills for Young Professionals" from 20-27 February 2025 in Izmir, Türkiye. This training course is organised by Tokat Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports and co-funded by the European Union through Erasmus+ programme.

The Tokat Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports specialises in empowering youth through non-formal education and leadership development. With extensive experience in international programs, the Directorate focuses on innovation, inclusion, and digital transformation. This activity aligns with EU priorities, offering experiential learning and cross-cultural collaboration, guided by expert trainers and professionals, to equip participants with future-ready skills in a technology-driven world.

About the training

If so, we invite you to apply for "AI-Driven Leadership Skills for Young Professionals" training course in Izmir, Türkiye. The primary goal of this course is to empower young leaders with a profound understanding of leadership in the digital age and its evolving forms, enabling them to lead effectively in an increasingly technology-driven world. Participants will have the chance to:

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with practical knowledge and advanced tools to strengthen their leadership capabilities, supporting their personal and professional growth in an era where technology and leadership are inseparably linked.

Eligibility | Who can apply?

- Youth workers, youth leaders, youth project managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals driven to develop cutting-edge, tech-driven.

- Participants must be over 18 years old with no upper age limit.

- Participants must be a resident in one of the Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries or  Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU

- Participants should have proficiency in English to have effective communication during the training sessions.

Expenses and Benefits

- There is no participation fee

- All costs related to the accommodation and meals in Izmir will be covered by the organisers from the arrival day at night to the departure day morning.

- The individual maximum budget for travel reimbursement per person, is the following:

• 10 – 99 km 56 EUR (Green Travel)/ 28 EUR (Non-Green Travel)
• 100 – 499 km 285 EUR (Green Travel)/ 211 EUR (Non-Green Travel)
• 500 – 1999 km 417 EUR (Green Travel)/ 309 EUR (Non-Green Travel)
• 2000 – 2999 km 535 EUR (Green Travel)/ 395 EUR (Non-Green Travel)
• 3000 – 3999 km 785 EUR (Green Travel)/ 580 EUR (Non-Green Travel)
• 4000 – 7999 km 1188 EUR (Green Travel) 1188 EUR (Non-Green Travel)
• 8000 km or more 1735 EUR (Green Travel)/ 1735 EUR (Non-Green Travel)
