7th ICYF International Young Volunteers Camp 2025 in Antalya, Türkiye (Fully Funded)

An exciting opportunity for young people aged 18-35 from the 57 member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to apply for the 7th edition of the ICYF International Young Volunteers Camp which will take place in Antalya, Türkiye from 28 April to 10 May. This year edition topic is "Psychosocial Wellbeing of Young Volunteers Facing Any Challenges". This camp is hosted and funded by The Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Türkiye.

About the 7th ICYF International Young Volunteers Camp

The ICYF and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the ICYF International Young Volunteers Camp 2025, with its seventh edition under the theme “Psychosocial Wellbeing of Young Volunteers Facing Any Challenges.” This year’s volunteers camp, will focus on equipping young volunteers with essential skills through comprehensive psychosocial support training, empowering them to play a vital role in the recovery processes following humanitarian crises and natural disasters within OIC geography.


Eligibility | Who can apply?

Being a citizen of an OIC Member State, OIC Observe State, or a representative of a Muslim community in non-OIC countries.

- Applicants must be aged between 18-35 years old.

- Ability to communicate in English.

- Willing to work in teams and groups from different countries.

Understanding key local/global issues such as natural disasters, humanitarian crises, and any challenges threatening the capacity of youth.

- Having a proven experience or certificates in volunteering is a strong assistant but not mandatory to apply.

Passionate and responsible to attend the full camp training program.

Demonstrated leadership capacity, especially in taking action against challenges threatening the psychosocial well-being of youth.


Expenses and Benefits

- Accommodation, meals, and city tour in Türkiye will be covered by the host organizers

- The Host Organizers will support international transportation expenses up to 250$. The ICYF will cover domestic transportation of the participants (who live in Türkiye) up to 3500 TL (Turkish Liras). 

- The Host Organizers will cover local transportation expenses (from /to) Antalya Airport/ Antalya Bus Station to the camp area.

- The Host Organizers will cover accommodation, food, and city tour costs related to local hospitality. 

- The Host Organizers will provide a participation confirmation letter for the necessary visa application process. The participants will cover their visa costs by themselves and will be responsible for the visa process by themselves.

- Full-attended participants will be awarded a certificate of participation issued by the ICYF and program partners.

Application deadline: 10 March 2025 GMT +3 (Istanbul Time)

Camp period for young Males: 28 April - 3 May 

Camp period for young females: 5 May - 10 May

If you are interested in joining the 7th ICYF camp 2025, register an account on ICYF Digital and then login and fill the application form no later than 10 March 2025


Selection Process

- The Selection Committee will review applications based on the eligibility criteria. If additional information is needed, applicants may be invited for an online interview as the final stage of selection.

- Successful candidates will receive an email confirmation with details about the camp program.

- The list of selected participants will also be announced on the ICYF website and social media.

- Only those who are selected will receive an acceptance email.
